Return Policy, Damaged Items Only

At AmpedWallz, we care about the quality of your experience. However, we only accept returns or offer replacements for items that arrive damaged during shipping. Please read the policy below carefully:

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

We accept return or replacement requests only if:

  1. The product arrived damaged (print issues, damaged in delivery), or you received the wrong item 
  2. The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery
  3. You provide clear photos of the damage and original packaging
  4. The item is unused

How to Submit a Damage Claim

Please email us at [ampedwallz@gmail.com] with the subject line:
“Damaged Product—Order #[Your Order Number]”

Include the following:

  • Your name and order number
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • A short explanation of the issue

What Happens Next?

Once we review your claim:

If approved, we’ll issue a free replacement or full refund

In some cases, we may ask you to return the item using a prepaid return label

Exclusion

We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage (e.g., buyer’s remorse or sizing issues). 

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible
